Placing an Order from our Website:
Once your order is placed, it is reviewed before the next business day, ensuring accuracy and availability. We make every effort to process and ship within 72 hours. Occasionally, we will need to pull in additional stock from our suppliers, and such orders may take up to 10 business days to fill.
We ship to all countries worldwide. Rush orders are available for an additional shipping charge, calculated at actual cost for shipping address.
We will place your order on hold if any item on the order is temporarily out of stock, or if we have any problems at all with your payment. We will notify you as soon as possible if this situation arises. We will do our best to notify you if a supplier is backordered on an item on your order. Upon your approval, we may ship you the in stock items.
We do ask, if you receive an email from us about a problem with your order or an issue with your credit card, that you respond to us as quickly as possible. We like to resolve issues and get answers to our questions as quickly as possible, so we may get your order on its way to you. If you do not provide accurate contact information, and we do not hear back from you after 2 attempts, your order will be cancelled.
If you need to request a change to your order, please call us at (540) 432-3029 or email us at email@example.com as quickly as possible. Please have your order number and order date available. We will make every effort to make the change before the order processes. However, because we process orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that your change can be made before the item is shipped. In that case, the item may be returned, and then credited back to you.
Virginia Residents Only: Your purchase is subject to a 5% Sales tax. Merchandise cannot be shipped to a Virginia address until Sales Tax has been paid.
Payment may be made by Paypal, Major Credit Card, or USPS Money Order. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are mailing a money order so that the item is held for you. The item will be shipped once the money order is received.
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. We work hard to ensure we process your order as quickly and accurately as possible. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know what we can do to fix the situation. Every order arrives with an itemized packing slip/invoice. Unused yarn, in its original packaging and condition, can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on patterns, needles or books unless they have been damaged in shipment. (Please include a description of the damage with your return.) We also do not accept returns on sale merchandise, unless damaged in shipment.
After you receive your RTV#, simply pack your return with a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip properly filled out and ship to our address below. We prefer that you ship via UPS or FedEx and that the package be insured for the purchase price. Shipping costs for non-defective, non-damaged returned merchandise are your responsibility and are not covered by Yarn Mountain. Please return to:
